Caitlin Sienkiewicz's journey began in the classroom, teaching Kindergarten and honing her communication and pedagogical skills to support students, parents, colleagues, and institutions with empathy and intentionality.
Transitioning to the U.S. Department of Education, Caitlin continued her mission to support America's students and families, contributing to the pursuit of excellent educational options. Her role as a policy advisor and innovation leader at the Center for Education Reform allowed her to oversee groundbreaking initiatives, including managing microschool endeavors and supporting the Yass Prize, all aimed at fostering sustainable and transformational educational opportunities.
Driven by her passion for education and innovation, Caitlin founded Condie Consulting, LLC, where she leads a team dedicated to developing, strategizing, and executing solutions to the diverse challenges facing students, families, schools, and communities across the country.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Caitlin finds solace in the mountains, camping, playing tennis, and occasionally running marathons. However, nothing brings her greater joy than spending time with her family around a meal table.
A true educator at heart, Caitlin's multifaceted experiences and broad network of peers, mentors, and colleagues uniquely position her to contribute positively to the advancement of education and society as a whole.
